Principle owner Kyriako Douvikas has over 10 years of contracting experience, and is Liberty’s qualifying party for an unlimited roofing license to handle everything from small office buildings to the largest industrial warehouses.
Kyriako project manages all of Liberty’s commercial roofing jobs, and is on-site during old roof removal, new roof installation, and final inspection. He has a 100% city inspection pass rate, and has passed the toughest roofing licensing examination conducted by the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation. Liberty does not consider a job complete until it meets the most stringent industry standards.
